Kitchen was pretty fully outfitted. Don't forget to bring your coffee like I did. But if you do, Rockies is right next door and was wonderful.

Excellent location and perfect for two people. This is the bottom half of a small, stand-alone house, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Nice size bedroom with walk-out to private back sitting area. Place has cozy beach feel and very clean. Literally right across the street from an awesome market and next-door to great coffee/breakfast place, and a little Cuban café short distance towards the beach the other way. Beach is a very quick, two minute walk and rental comes with beach chairs and towels to borrow. Ken was extremely responsive to any questions we had and very helpful. Note if you are a light sleeper and the place above is rented you will likely hear their activity. But otherwise, a very peaceful and quiet space. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Great location and really nice place. Just a few things; first floor and you can hear every step with renters above, including when they were walking around at 1 am. Also, no hot water for kitchen sink didn’t know if thats the norm or due to other renters sharing same hot water heater. The place really is nice and super close but the constant walking upstairs was kind of a buzz kill.

Convenient to shops and dining. Close to the beach as described. Host was very responsive. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was very clean. Had an issue obtaining access-previous guest took the key and the spare key did not work, but host sent someone within 15 minutes to rectify, but handyman had to change the lock the next day. I would suggest installing a Wi-Fi lock-most Airbnb's that I have been in have them, and that would have eliminated the issue. Also, would be helpful to have some toiletries, even just samples available. Overall, a cute place, and a safe location.

I've stayed in Ken's place before because it's near my parents' condo. It's a great location for us and super-clean with a market, coffee shops, a pizza place, a bar, and a pretty decent restaurant all within a couple of blocks. Ken is always right on track with his communication. In fact, he let me know when the place was ready in case we wanted to check in early. Highly recommend!

Overall, a nice place to stay near the beach. Great location. As everyone described, it is a block away from the beach with nearby stores, cafes, and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Rental place had all the basic amenities you would need. Note that the sofabed is literally a sofa that you can sleep on and not a pull out sofabed if you're looking for an extra "bed". One parking spot available per rental unit. Wi-Fi worked great. Cute decor. The place does allow pets, which you can tell. There were renters that stayed a few days above us and footsteps sounded like big foot. Ken was a great host. We had an issue when we initially arrived, but Ken was able to resolve it and generously refunded us a one-night stay. Much appreciated and thank you, Ken, for hosting us.

The overall stay was fine. The only issue was the TV situation. I wasn’t a fan of the YouTube since we kept losing connections. I do appreciate the host walking us through what to do. However, the place was beautiful, close to a lot of things and so close to beaches.
I can certainly see us returning in the future.
One more quick thing was check in time. The cleaners said we couldn’t check in till four, but we showed her the reservation. it wasn’t a big deal as we use the time to get a couple groceries.

The pictures don’t do it justice on how beautiful, clean and organized this unit is. From moment you walk in you feel relaxed and ready to start your vacation. This property was legitimately located in the perfect place and you could honestly walk everywhere you needed to go. Cool little cafes and restaurants literally steps away, a very short 2 minute walk to the beach. The market place across the street has everything you’ll need, liquor store is 2 places down, and restaurant ON THE beach that also serves breakfast and amazing mimosas. I will definitely, 100% stay here again in the future. Ken met our every request and need without a moments notice. He was very attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The stylish decor is beachy and refreshing. Clean, clean, clean. Everything I needed, nothing I didn't. Bed and living spaces are so comfortable. Nice seating at the breakfast bar.
Nice walkable neighborhood, great grocery store across the street with nice coffee selections. Tried the fried chicken tenders at Fast Chicken on the Beach -- so good! Other places nearby I would want to try in the future.
Absolutely beautiful beach is so nearby I could hear the surf. Easy walk to the beach. Fresh sea breeze.
