Welcome to OceanPointe properties and thank you for visiting our direct booking site. My brother and I have been visiting Melbourne beach for the last 10+ years and we have loved & enjoyed it so much that we decided to purchase a vacation property here because we know people would enjoy the area just as much as we have. Melbourne beach is a little more laid back than other beach areas and is definitely unique. Quieter beaches, preserved nature, small town feel but surrounded by everything that you need from shops, restaurants, and more.

From the property you you pretty much have everything you need within walking distance, with no need to drive. Markets, restaurants, bars, coffee, ice cream, pizza, parks, the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River. The location is truly ideal. In addition our units provide everything you need so you can relax and enjoy yourself.

We welcome you to come visit and stay at one of our units. We are here to accomodate and make sure you have the best vacation possible. We appreciate our guests and want you to return again and again. We offer this direct booking site to you so you can save money on additional fees and use those savings how you wish.

How close is the property to the beach?

The Beach is about 2 blocks away. Less than a 5 minute walk.

Do you provide Beach Chairs and Umbrellas

Yes there are Chairs and Umbrellas located on the property for guest use.

Can you walk to resturants and markets?

Yes there they are literally right across the street. In addition there are coffee shops, pizza, pharmacy, parks, post office, church, all within walking distance.

How close to the Orlando Airport and Melbourne Airport?

We are about 1 hour from the Orlando airport and about 20 min from Melbourne Airport.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we welcome your pets!

Can I stay for a month or more

Ken came to our rescue after another rental property's air conditioning went out. We were able to reserve late on a Wednesday and checked in on Thursday. A great stay close to the beach and near great restaurants, fantastic market and fun golf courses.

What a great find. Got this place to be near my sister but what a great surprise the local treats near by. It was myself husband and my two daughters (1&6) it had everything we needed for a short stay. Next door was a lovely coffee spot. Across the street a cute library with great options for food (including the gas station) The Airbnb was stocked well with needed items, iron towels, kitchen needs. Bed was comfy and we utilized the sofa bed which was comfy as well. Bathroom was lovely and decent sized. With the wall ac and window bedroom ac it kept the house nice and cool during high temps. Area felt safe, parking was good too. Having the laundry was a plus. We walked to the park as well and kids had a nice time. Thank you. Will visit again!

The home was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. There is outdoor access to a shower and beach supplies to make your stay comfortable, especially for long-distance travelers.

Great location, peaceful and easy walking distance to the beach and local amenities. The property had everything you'd need for a self catering stay. Great that there was a washer/dryer available with washing pods provided. I wasn't taking dirty clothes home. The property also had beach chairs and a sun umbrella which we used. Saved us buying or renting during our stay.

Had a very peaceful and relaxing stay here. The beach was close enough for us to walk on the beach every morning before I had to work. There is a great market right across the street which was very convenient and had fantastic pizza for lunch. The place was great for a beach getaway, even when working. The memory foam bed was a bit soft and hot for my liking but many folks like that so not really a negative. Overall a great little place to stay for a chill stay in Melbourne Beach!
