In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. One block from the beach and located in downtown Melbourne Beach. Walk to restaurants, bars and an awesome market across the street. Beach is to the right and the pier is to the left. Watch beautiful sunsets on the pier and nice fishing if thats your thing. Also Ryckman Park is next to the pier, with tennis, basketball and a playground.

Cozy 2nd floor unit on a property with multiple rental units. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and a market. Amenities as described, parking, laundry onsite (not in-unit). A/C unit in living area only, not in bedroom which was unfortunate during summertime in Florida. Check-in/out is easy, host is friendly and responsive. We stayed a week but this place is more suitable for a shorter stay.

Perfectly situated for relaxation. I loved that it was within walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants. Right down the street is a pier for fishing, a community center, and playground. The Melbourne market right across the street has a great deal of international foods to try. I would stay here above any other location if it was available.

Ken's place is in a great location; everything you need is within walking distance: the beach, a gourmet market , new breakfast place next door (Rockies Cafe) and fine dining at Dijons. The bed is amazingly comfortable, and the area was very quiet. Would definitely recommend to other folks looking for a pet friendly, well situated AIRBNB!

Great location, beautiful place, and a great value. The place is small but well-decorated and cozy. We had a few issues with the internet but the host was very responsive and everything worked after that. It's directly across from a nice little shopping plaza complete with a market and one of the best pizza places around (Oceanside). The beach is just down the street and everyone around the area was super nice. I definitely would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Ken's place was great for our needs - especially being dog friendly! This was a business-related trip for us so we didn't get to play but there were beach chairs and an umbrella available which would have been awesome. We worked from the apt and wifi was great - there was a brief hiccup where we couldn't connect but we reached out and were assisted immediately... even though it was after 11pm. We loved being right across form MB's fantastic market - we were there twice a day! We also loved walking our pup around the beautiful neighborhood - especially over by the river. MB is a fantastic beach community and Ken's place was a great toe-dip into local beach life. We look forward to spending more time in MB and would recommend Ken's place to friends.

We had a great time staying at 311 Ocean Ave. The apartment (Unit 4) was perfect for our needs and for our little doggie. We found it to be conveniently located to both the beach and to stores and shops but it also was very private and quiet. We enjoyed walking the area neighborhood with our dog and felt completely safe in doing so. Unit 4 Ocean Ave had all the comforts of home and we look forward to going back someday!

We’ve stayed at these units multiple times over the last few years and we’ve always loved them. This was our first time since they were under new ownership and we immediately noticed a few touches that were a great improvement. The paved driveway, the back porch area was spotless, and the even the outside of the buildings looked cleaner and brighter. And I can’t say enough about how great Ken was from start to finish. He was always accessible and replied almost immediately with any question we might have had. When the hurricane hit he was checking on us and after the storm, he had the outside debris cleaned up like nothing ever happened in leas than 24 hours. Then on our last week there, our dog ended up needing to be rushed to emergency spinal surgery and ken was so understanding and accommodating to the whole situation. Can’t wait to return!!!
